We offer one of the most unique and sophisticated venues for Sweet 16 celebrations in the Winter Park and the surrounding Orlando areas.  Located in the heart of downtown Winter Park infused with a high end exclusive feel, modern ambiance and undeniable grace creates the ideal space to host once in a life time Sweet 16 Party.  Penthouse 450 has the flexibility to be an inside/outside, day or night, and causal or formal venue without sacrificing elegance.  If you're turning sixteen this venue is Lit !!! 

Estimates price is $1150 for Saturday nights and $1050 for Friday and Sunday nights.                       

Price includes the use of the inside furniture which includes couches, tables, 4 glass high tops and 3-6ft folding tables. Outside furniture included: 8 high top tables with 20 bar stool seating and patio seating with 12 chairs and 3 small tables. Our sound system includes zoned speakers (inside-outside) with Bluetooth capability to link with your mobile device. Our speakers can easily be hookup to your DJ’s sound system. We have 7- TV monitors throughout the venue which can display personal images during your event. There are 2 beverage areas 1-inside and 1-outside included with the venue and along with a small fridge. We have an outside hedge wall that makes a perfect backdrop for pictures as well as area to set-up for a photo-booth.

There is an additional $75 fee to bring food that requires heating and you are responsible for bring the sternos (Gel Sterno Only). 

There is an additional $50 fee for the use of our linens which come in white, black, pink and baby blue.
