      We offer one of the most unique and sophisticated venues for event celebrations in the Winter Park and the surrounding Orlando areas.  Located in the heart of downtown Winter Park infused with a high end exclusive feel, modern ambiance and undeniable grace creates the ideal space to host once in a life time special event.  Penthouse 450 has the flexibility to be an inside/outside, day or night, and causal or formal venue without sacrificing elegance.  

      Estimated prices start at $900- $1250

      There is an additional $75 fee to bring food that requires heating and you are responsible for bring the sternos (Gel Sterno Only). 

      There is an additional $75 fee for the use of our linens which come in white, black, pink and baby blue.
