      $900 Starting- Mon-Thursday: 6:00pm - 12:00am

      $950 Starting- Sat-Sunday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm

      $1050 Starting- Fri-Sunday: 6:30pm - 12:00am

      Time slot includes the Set-up and Clean-up time.

      With flexible indoor and outdoor areas, Penthouse 450 easily accommodates both daytime and evening events, whether casual or formal, without sacrificing elegance. Its versatile layout makes it an ideal setting for corporate gatherings, networking events, meetings, workshops, and professional celebrations.

      There is an additional $75 fee to bring food that requires heating and you are responsible for bring the sternos (Gel Sterno Only). 

      There is an additional $75 fee for the use of our linens which come in white, black, pink and baby blue.
