      We offer one of the most unique and sophisticated venues for celebrations in the Winter Park and the surrounding Orlando areas.  Located in the heart of downtown Winter Park infused with a high end exclusive feel, modern ambiance and undeniable grace creates the ideal space to host once in a life time celebration.  Penthouse 450 has the flexibility to be an inside/outside, day or night, and causal or formal venue without sacrificing elegance. 

      Estimates prices start at $1050 for Friday-Sunday nights.                       

      There is an additional $75 fee to bring food that requires heating and you are responsible for bring the sternos (Gel Sterno Only). 

      There is an additional $50 fee for the use of our linens which come in white, black, pink and baby blue.
