      $950 Starting- Sat-Sunday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm

      Time slot includes the Set-up and Clean-up time.

From baby showers, birthday parties, graduations, and more, Penthouse 450 has the flexibility to be an inside/outside, day or night, and causal or formal venue without sacrificing elegance.                      

      There is an additional $75 fee to bring food that requires heating and you are responsible for bring the sternos (Gel Sterno Only). 

      There is an additional $75 fee for the use of our linens which come in white, black, pink and baby blue.
