      Price includes the use of the inside furniture: (couches, tables, 4 glass high tops and 3-6ft folding tables). Outside furniture included: (8 high top tables with 20 bar stool seating and patio seating with 12 chairs and 3 small tables). Our sound system includes zoned speakers (inside-outside) with Bluetooth capability to link with your mobile device. Our speakers can easily be hookup to your DJ’s sound system. We have 7- TV monitors throughout the venue which can display personal images during your event. There are 2 bar areas 1-inside and 1-outside included with the venue and along with a small fridge.

      There is an additional $50 fee for the use of our linens which come in white, black, pink and baby blue.

      There is a $45 fee for the use of our helium tank with up to 25 balloons fills and the use of our in-house baby shower decorations. We have banners for boys, girls and neutral along with corresponding table top votive candles holders (battery). We have enough decorations for a typical baby shower, however you are more than welcome to bring your own to add a more personal touch.
